Grist Legal has been successfully inspected by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC ), the trade body dedicated to improving recruitment practice in the UK.

Fola Tayo, the REC’s Head of Professional Standards said: “The REC introduced spot-check inspections in order to ensure that REC members work to high standards. Agencies are selected on a random basis and have their working practices checked across a range of areas included within the REC’s Code of Practice and industry regulations. A high level of compliance is necessary in order to pass an inspection, and I am pleased that Grist Legal has been successful in demonstrating their commitment to their REC membership and the standards we set.”
